Risk Groups

A risk group refers to a patient's risk factors or conditions that increase their likelihood of developing TB diseases or health complications. It may be based on factors such as age, gender, genetics, lifestyle, or pre-existing medical conditions.

The following are the steps to fill out the form.

  1. On the Risk Groups dialog box, select the checkboxes of the factors that the patient belongs to.

  2. If necessary, type the Others factor in the empty field.

  3. Click Submit. The form will appear in a text format on the patient channel.

  4. Click the text format form to edit.

  5. To reset the form, click Reset. Click Reset on the Reset this form? dialog box to confirm the action.
