# Risk Groups

A risk group refers to a patient's risk factors or conditions that increase their likelihood of developing TB diseases or health complications. It may be based on factors such as age, gender, genetics, lifestyle, or pre-existing medical conditions.

The following are the steps to fill out the form.

1. On the **Risk Groups** dialog box, select the checkboxes of the factors that the patient belongs to.

2. If necessary, type the **Others** factor in the empty field.&#x20;
3. Click **Submit**. The form will appear in a text format on the patient channel.&#x20;

4. Click the text format form to edit.
5. To reset the form, click **Reset**. Click **Reset** on the **Reset this form?** dialog box to confirm the action.
