How does the deployment work?

Install the app in the system and log in. For more information, see Getting Started.

How to contact customer support in case of queries or concerns?

  • A dedicated client success partner will be assigned to every hospital to resolve any queries personally.

  • You can send queries to email id support@qure.ai or use the app Support feature. Typically, our team reverts in less than 6 hours.

How to ensure that the Qure.ai app is receiving the Dicom study?

Check the following points to ensure that the Qure.ai app receives the Dicom study.

  1. Make sure that the AE Title, IP, and Port are added to the modality. For more information, see Connection to Modality.

  2. Ensure that the two systems (modality and Qure.ai app) are connected to the same network. For more information, see Unable to Connect the Qure.ai app with Modality.

  3. Go to My Computer -> In the Taskbar type %appdata% -> Open Qure.ai folder -> Open the qureapp folder. The two systems are connected to the same network if the Dicom study is present in the file.

How to Force Stop Qure.ai app?

If the app is not responding, perform the following steps to Force Stop.

  1. Right-click on the system taskbar and select Task Manager.

  2. Locate and select the Qure.ai app.

  3. Select End Task.
