Report an issue is an option that allows the user to report any error, flaw, fault, or bug with the app. Click Report an issue and a screen capture mode will appear on the display.

The following are the tools that allow the user to mark, add comments, highlight, hide, and screen recordings on the app.

Description

Type a feedback comment and an email address (support@qure.ai) in the Let us know your thoughts dialog box in the bottom-right corner. Then click Submit and make sure that a Thank you! message dialog box appears to confirm the submission of the issue.

Highlight: It is a tool that allows the user to draw a rectangular or square highlight on any error or flaw with the app. Hover the mouse pointer on it and select the desired highlight color. Then, click & drag to draw in any desired space. For example:

Comment: It is a tool used to add a comment bubble and allows the user to type their comments on it. Hover the mouse pointer on it and select the desired bubble color. Then click in any desired space to add a comment bubble. For example:

Pen: It is a tool used to draw and mark any irregular shape. Hover the mouse pointer on it and select the desired pen color. Then click and drag to draw the desired shape. For example:

Arrow: It is a tool used to draw an arrow. Hover the mouse pointer on it and select the desired arrow color. Then click and drag to draw the arrow. For example:

Hide: It is a tool used for hiding. Hover the mouse pointer on it and select the desired hide color. Then click and drag to draw. For example:

Record Screen: It is a tool used for recording any activity on the screen. Click Record Screen and then click REC to start recording. If needed, turn the microphone on.
