# Automated Sharing

Automated sharing helps the user create multiple sharing conditions/rules to automate the study sharing to different groups.

The following are the steps to create sharing conditions/rules.

1. Select **Automated Sharing** from the settings options. 
2. On the dialog box, click **Add a rule** to create a condition/rule.

3. Select the checkbox based on the AI findings in the **Adding Condition** dialog box.&#x20;

4. Select any of the checkboxes to enable **All findings** option.\
   For example,&#x20;

5. Click **All findings**. On the **AI findings by Qure.ai** dialog box, by default, all the AI findings checkboxes are selected.
6. Select or clear the desired checkboxes for creating conditions or rules.
7. Click **Manage groups** to create a group of Qure.ai app users to automate study sharing. For more information about managing groups, see [<mark style="color:blue;">User Groups Management</mark>](/users-manual/qure.ai-app-users-manual/qure.ai-app-features/windows-mac-os-app-ui/navigation-toolbar/settings/user-groups-management.md).
8. After creating a group, the group name will reflect on the **Share with** field. Select the group name checkbox.\
   For example,&#x20;

9. Click **Save**. CONDITION 1 is created and the study is shared with the radiologist group.\
   For example,&#x20;

10. Repeat steps 1 to 8 to create multiple conditions/rules.\
    **Note**: All the studies with the selected conditions will be automatically shared with the group.
11. To edit, click CONDITION 1.
12. Click **Delete** option to delete the conditions.
