The following are the steps to fill out the GeneXpert Confirmatory Lab Test.
On the Confirmatory Lab Test - GeneXpert dialog box, enter the acquisition time and date from the time and date picker options.
Select the GeneXpert lab test results checkbox.
Click Choose file and navigate to the file location to upload the GeneXpert lab test report.
If necessary, type additional Notes in the empty field.
Click Submit. The form will appear in a text format on the patient channel.
Click the text format form to edit.
To reset the form, click Reset. Click Reset on the Reset this form? dialog box to confirm the action.
